Embossed sheets are sheets of metal that have undergone a plastic deformation process in which mechanical pressure is applied to create a three-dimensional shape by raising or sinking the surface of the sheet. This process is known as embossing. Embossing is done by using special tools called stamps or dies, which are used to shape the sheet metal.
Dimensions: Normally in sheet metal of 2,000 mm. x 1,000mm. Applications: Metallic constructions, Naval Industry, Bodywork.
There are different models
Model A Thickness of 1.5 and 2 mm. Model B Thickness of 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mm. Model C Thickness of 1, 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 mm. Model D Thickness of 1, 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 mm. Model E Thickness of 2, 3 and 4 mm. Model F 2mm thickness.
