-Removal of contaminants such as rust and corrosion, small welding spatters, dirt, scale and residue of any kind.

- Cleaning and conditioning before and after welding.
Clean & Strip™ discs are used with portable tools or small bench sanders. These products are available in a wide variety of sizes, are lightweight, and have different degrees of aggressiveness and comfort for working in hard-to-reach areas.
Because Clean & Strip™ products are manufactured with Scotch-Brite™ technology, the “spring” action produced by the disc structure prevents tearing of material and the formation of burrs on the worked surfaces.
The mineral used in these products is 36 grain Silicon Carbide and is supported by an open non-woven nylon mesh covered with resin.
Due to this structure, Clean & Strip™ discs are able to conform to contours, edges and corners to maintain the dimensional quality of the surfaces and deliver a clean, smooth and consistent finish.
