These screws are designed for placement in places where a relatively low screw head is needed, and one that occupies a proportionally larger diameter than other panned screws. They can be used in any application but their broadest field of application is the furniture industry, whether made of wood or plastic materials.
As it has a slotted head, we will not be able to perform large tightening torques, which may limit its field of application in a certain sense.
This screw does not have a specific standard in DIN equivalence, so in colloquial language we call it "POELIER" or NF E 25-129
